The Dizzy Dogs is a family ride. It has a double circular motion. The base of the ride spins the four bear tubs via electric motor. The dogs themselves spin through people power. There is a round wheel in the center that the riders turn to make the giant dog turn. The faster they spin the wheel, the faster the dog spins.
